Purpose
This scholarship was established in special recognition of Reynolda Rotarian Clarence "Big House" Gaines to help students from Cook Elementary School attend Winston-Salem State University.

Eligibility
Students who attended Cook Elementary School during the 2003-2004 school year and/or later and who meet the qualifications may be considered for this scholarship.
